| Tim O'Malley


Tim O'Malley started his career at Siemens Medical Systems, where he spent 16 years. While at Siemens he was able to build the Electromedical Businesses (Cardiology, Life Support Systems, Patient Monitoring) to become the second largest medical division of Siemens
in the United States. While there he held positions in Technical Support Services, Marketing and Product Management, Sales and General Management.

He has had the privilege of working with innovative technologies; all dedicated to helping clinicians improve care of their patients. In other med tech positions, he has been the CEO of Medwave Inc. an innovative Public Company (listed on NASDAQ) which developed sensor based Non Invasive Blood Pressure technology.

In 2007 O’Malley joined the ZOLL Medical (listed on: NASDAQ) team to lead their Hospital Division. ZOLL had previously introduced an innovative Defibrillation (Cardiac Resuscitation) Platform in the R-Series. O’Malley was recruited to drive market adoption and business growth. At the end of his 5-year stint at ZOLL, the hospital business went from approximately 40% to over 60% market share.

Throughout his career, he has worked with clinicians and healthcare systems to develop intersections of care between patients, caregivers and technology which when applied through proper process management has proven to produce incredible results in patient care, outcome improvements, patient well-being and favorable cost positions.

O’Malley was President and Chief Growth Officer of EarlySense Inc., from October 2012 until December 31, 2020. While at EarlySense, he steered the Company into commercialization of the innovative EarlySense Sensor based, Contact Free Patient Monitoring System. The results were agreements with Bose, Google, Herman Miller, Welch Allyn and Hill-Rom who acquired the Hospital Business of EarlySense in early 2021.
